This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the venture capital space. Cornerstone Fund Services provides outsourced CFO, controller and fund administration services for venture capital funds. We are looking for a team member to work under the supervision of the CPA’s/MBA’s within our firm in providing accounting and fund administration services to our portfolio of venture capital clients. We are looking for a hard working team player that could quickly move into a position of servicing clients of their own.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements for venture capital funds and their management companies.
- Prepare and send communications to the fund’s limited partners for capital calls and capital account statements.
- Record monthly transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare schedules of investments.
- Prepare bank and other account reconciliations.
- Provide support for year-end audits and tax return preparation.
- Treasury Management.
