Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the Venture Capital/Private Equity space, both as an in-house CFO for one of the premier VC firms in Salt Lake City as well as in outsourced fund administration. Mr. Davis’ experience includes fund formation, GAAP valuations, SBIC fund administration, financial statement preparation, limited partner reporting, general partnership administration and management company accounting. Mr. Davis founded Cornerstone Fund Services over 6 years ago. Prior to working in the VC/PE industry, Ryan worked as the CFO of a start-up company and the controller of a multi-state travel agency. Mr. Davis is a CPA and launched his career with the international accounting firm KPMG.
Mr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, cum laude, and a Master of Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
