Prior to joining Cornerstone, Sam started his career in public accounting where he worked in tax practice for two years. During that time, he provided tax planning and preparation services to small business owners and high net-worth individuals. Outside of work Sam enjoys distance running, playing the violin, and recreating Southern-Italian cuisine as taught to him by an ex-mafioso turned chef.
Sam holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, both from Brigham Young University.
